Cancellation policy for bookings made directly with Southernhay by telephone, letter, email or our website.
A non-refundable deposit equivalent to the first nights stay will be charged to confirm a booking.
Should you cancel less than 7 nights prior to your arrival date, a charge of up to two-thirds of your total account may be made. cancellation 1 day or less before arrival will result in a 100% charge of the booking.
We recommend you take out holiday cancellation insurance.
